Small hard movable lump on finger - What could it be? - lump on viginia

Almost certainly, a node that is a benign cyst on the tendon. All you need is provided, if it causes problems, otherwise leave it.

Sounds a bit like if you have a ganglion. They are harmless, but if you're worried, you should consult your doctor.
