the military responds to the world

The Patriot Act is, andthe country is almost always a warning. Military is on alert, almost always. The military police are more reactive to things.

Someone asked me what he thought of the "Patriot Act"

I told him that I know of another example that I recall

This is not new.

Think Manzana and 2 World War, or the Shays' Rebellion or strikes by the Union of 20 or the Watts riots.

The government has always had the right to the army to quell disturbances or to send disorder potential.

In general, the governor has asked the National Guard and Louisiana during Hurricane Katrina. Please ask on the president by the army to intervene, but it means that martial law is in force.

But that is why the Constitution gives us the right to bare arms to keep the treatment of tyranny in check. Of course, a Smith and Wesson is not large Laucher a bazooka or rocket, but it is.

But as I said, in general, the governor of a state should look for before entering a state-federal troops, if not, this is not the plan.
