Which is the best Manic Panic color that would show up on darker hair? - manic panic hair color
I know people who have Manic Panic red to dark hair, which has tried does not work, and I know some people who used black hair was very nice (but not too bright).
I have not tried it yet, but I will. My hair is black, so that the color red will appear as a natural (but noticeable) stripes?
