Sailboat Photo Birthday Invitation Can You Sell/display Video You Take In A Public Place Without Consent?

Can you sell/display video you take in a public place without consent? - sailboat photo birthday invitation

During the shooting, and beach / water sailboat scene of the bank from a local lake, a photo of the team have a swimsuit model and proposed the correct settings on my shot.

I kept shooting and shooting even be filmed. They were aware that I turned and said not a single word. Someone even joked with me, as my stroke. Needless to say, I produce a lot of "behind the scenes" video, sell, or simply for youtube or something. Ideas?

You can sell as art. You can define it as writing.

It is not illegal for you to take videos / pictures, if they expect in a public place in a public place where there is no sense of privacy.

The problem is the use.

If someone in the film or video can be found, you can do with the movie business without your consent, except for editorial purposes.

The best thing to do is read the laws www.copyright.gov
